Summer Lentils – Knowledge

- 300 grams of lentils
- Liquid oil
- a head of garlic
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 green peppers
- 2 medium onions.
- In a clay pot, slowly cook the lentils with the garlic, onion, chopped carrot and chopped green pepper.
- Add a tablespoon of oil.
- The other onion is chopped with the remaining pepper and fried a little in oil.
- When the lentils are almost done, pour the sauce over them and cook for five minutes.
- Let stand for another 5 minutes and it is ready to serve.
