- 600 g kidney beans
- 250 g lamb breast
- 250 g sausage
- 200 g fresh bacon
- 1 bay leaf

- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- After soaking overnight, cook the beans on medium heat by breaking the first two boiling points with cold water.
- Then add the lamb breast, chopped sausage, sliced bacon, bay leaf, two tablespoons of oil and salt.
- Boil them all over low heat until the beans are soft.
- The whole clove is added to a sauce prepared with a little flour and cooking water and left to boil for a few more minutes.
