Rice with cod – Knowledge

- 500 grams of bomb type rice.
- 4 pieces of 100 gram cod.
- Onion.
- Parsley.
- Garlic.
- 2 red peppers.
- Liquid oil.
- 1 liter of vegetable broth.
- Cheese.
- Candy.
- Peppers.
- Chop the onion and garlic and make the sauce.
- Add the rice and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Soak in vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes.
- Finally, add the cheese and olive oil and mix it constantly until it reaches a creamy consistency. Complete with chopped parsley.
- To prepare the cod, soak it in olive oil at 70ºC for 10 minutes.
- Keep the cod tacos warm and make a pil-a-pill with the rest.
- To make cayenne pepper oil, mix the cayenne peppers with a little sugar, reducing them.
- Mix the oil with some garlic and paprika.
- Combine everything with the blender.
