The majority of Russians surveyed (88%) plan to change jobs in 2024. This was demonstrated by a joint study between Skyeng and Hexlet, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
As part of the research, analysts determined the level of satisfaction with the current workplace. Only 11% of Russians said they were completely satisfied with their workplace, while 25% said they were quite satisfied with their workplace. 14% are very dissatisfied with their current job, and 19% are very dissatisfied. 31% of respondents rated their workplace as satisfactory.

56 percent said they were ready to take a new job if they were offered additional vocational training, 38 percent said they were offered English language training, and 33 percent said they were offered voluntary health insurance. At the same time, 76% of participants want to radically change their profession in the new year.
