Police officers slightly injured in explosion in Washington’s suburb of Arlington RIA News.

As is known, the police tried to enter one of the residences with a search warrant. The criminal inside the house opened fire with a firearm. Shortly after this, an explosion occurred, effectively destroying the two-story building.

In the official statement made by the Police Department, it was stated that the law enforcement officers at the scene were slightly injured. However, none required hospitalization. The exact number of victims was not disclosed.

Currently, a police cordon has been established at the entrance of the house where the explosion occurred, and traffic on the road has also been closed. There is a strong burning smell in the air and smoke is rising.
