The military satellite launched by the Soyuz-2.1b rocket from the Plesetsk cosmodrome (Arkhangelsk region) was successfully launched into orbit. This was stated by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, it writes RIA News.
“The spacecraft was launched into the target orbit,” the ministry said.
According to information received from the Ministry of Defense, the arrival into orbit and the launch took place at the estimated time. The satellite was adopted by the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) for control of ground assets.
