Stroke is a disruption of blood circulation in the brain. Therefore, most of the problems in the body are caused by impaired blood access to internal organs. Simply put, from a physical point of view, any disease is associated with blood microcirculation, and stroke is no exception. Rehabilitation doctor Nikolai Mavrichev, founder of the Academy of Practical Naturopathy, told socialbites.ca.

“One of the reasons for poor blood flow is muscle tension in the neck. Blood circulation in the brain decreases, there is not enough oxygen, soft tissues begin to die almost instantly. The result is a violation of speech, motor and other functions of the body,” he explained.

According to the doctor, decreased bowel function, decreased kidney function, stress, smoking, hypothermia, nerves – all this also leads to overstrain of the vessels and can lead to stroke.

There are several ways to prevent stroke. One of them is the massage of internal organs.

“Special medical massages are necessary to relieve tension in the internal organs and maintain their functioning. Self-massage will also help relieve spasms and restore blood flow. “If the organs do not receive enough oxygen, their functions will deteriorate and the brain cannot receive enough enzymes,” he added.

It is also important to pay attention to the gastrointestinal tract and cleanse the body of toxins and other unnecessary substances.

“You can benefit from detoxes, fasting days, diet corrections. The important thing is to remove harmful microorganisms from the body as much as possible and cleanse the vessels from toxins that interfere with blood circulation. And of course, add healthier foods to your meal; vegetables and fruits,” emphasized the expert.

Stroke prevention can be done by warming the pain points in the cervical spine.

“There are veins in the front and back of the neck that feed the brain, and these need to be punctured. Through the cervical vertebrae, oxygen enters the brain, without which the vital functions of the body are impossible. The doctor said that relieving the tension in the neck would restore blood flow.

Stress is another factor that causes stroke. During periods of severe emotional state, blood vessels become overstretched. The doctor concluded that, therefore, to prevent strokes, it is important to give the body proper rest: breathing exercises, good sleep, sports, yoga and other distraction methods.

It was before to create a way to reduce the cost of treating neuromuscular disorders.
