Rosobrnadzor noted that the USE is not part of the Bologna education system, in which Russia was previously involved. deported.

They added that USE is what bridges the gap between the school curriculum and the university entrance examination program, makes the university entrance process as transparent as possible, and uniformizes applicants’ requirements.
Rosobrnadzor, USE ensures the realization of the right of all schoolchildren, regardless of the region of residence, to enter the chosen university, including leading metropolitan universities.
Anzor Muzaev, head of Rosobrnadzor, stated that the USE “reveals a certain level of quality in school education and that this level is a mechanism for objective verification of its success”.

How was Russia excluded from the Bologna process?

The communists pointed out that due to the Bologna system, universities practically exclude the possibility of obtaining higher education under the program of specializations in most specialties and education.
