The US State Department imposed visa sanctions on Russian soldiers Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov and Corporal Daniil Frolkin for allegedly committing “grave human rights violations” in Ukraine. This was reported based on a written statement from United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken. TASS.
Blinken noted that Omurbekov, Frolkin and their close relatives were deprived of the right to enter the United States. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs alleges that Russian military personnel were involved in “extrajudicial killings” in the village of Andreevka in the Kiev region.
