The publication notes that together with Alexey Romanov, a member of the supervisory board of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, the first war veteran certificates were presented to Wagner PMC fighters.
The Foundation emphasized that this was a great honor for them and that many of the veterans were given medals and awards.
