As Tishkovets said, the weather in the capital region on Monday will be affected by the passage of a warm atmospheric front associated with the North Atlantic hurricane.
He noted that snowfall will begin at 07.31 Moscow time, continue until 10.00, then turn into freezing rain, and will fall with ice accumulation of up to 1 mm for two hours until noon.
