Researchers from Baylor College of Medicine (USA) found that aerobic exercise helps men cope with erectile dysfunction. The results of scientists’ studies were announced magazine Journal of Sexual Medicine (JSM).

Aerobic exercise is continuous (at least 30 minutes), technically uncomplicated physical exercise with a large number of repetitions that saturates the lungs with oxygen and maintains the heart rate in the safe pulse zone for a long time. Such loads include walking, running, swimming, dancing, sports games and others. Such loads improve the condition of the cardiovascular system. According to scientists, often the main factors of dysfunction are heart disease and lack of blood supply.

The authors analyzed 11 studies. The results showed that 30 or 60 minutes of aerobic exercise had the same effect as the most effective stimulants. Physical activity helps dilate blood vessels and increase blood flow to the genitals, which is very important. In addition, this approach to the treatment of dysfunction will help improve the condition of the body as a whole.
