“IAEA is aware of Russian reports that three unmanned aerial vehicles were detected in the area of the Kursk nuclear power plant in the south of the Russian Federation,” the statement said.
The IAEA also noted that one of the drones exploded, causing minor damage to the facade of the building where spent nuclear fuel was stored.
