Important points when evaluating a developer include the issue of liability insurance: warranty coverage for construction quality is also extremely important.

“Despite the fact that the law obliges the developer to provide guarantees on the quality of construction, in practice there are nuances that allow developers to avoid liability for poor quality construction. “Legal support of real estate transactions involves many parallel tasks, especially in the resolution of complex cases, where sometimes the help of an expert is indispensable,” the lawyer said.
