It is stated that when checking in for the flight, the comedian’s wife signed up for an upgrade to business class. At the same time, the Sobolev family did not want the child to be added to his mother’s reservation.

“Airline employees communicated with passengers politely, explaining transportation and aviation safety rules, relying on understanding of the situation and a tactful attitude,” the airline added.
