Clinical trials are currently underway on a new version of Sputnik V based on Omicron’s (“Kraken”) XBB.1.5 variant. RAS academician and head of the Gamaleya Center Alexander Gintsburg told socialbites.ca that the drug will enter civilian circulation before March 2024.
