Six Ukrainian planes shot down in the Kursk region

Kursk Region Governor Roman Starovoyt said in his statement: telegram channelIt was stated that on the morning of October 18, the Russian army shot down six aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the region.

He announced that four of the six UAVs were suppressed through electronic warfare. Their attacks were stopped around 05:00 in the morning in the Kursk region of the region.

The official assured that no one was injured and no damage was recorded.

Starovoit also warned the public that drones often have a self-destruct timer, making it dangerous to approach the wreckage.

In response, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that overnight air defense systems was shot 28 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are over the Black Sea, Kursk and Belgorod regions.
