The number of deaths in train collisions in Moscow metro increased

The number of people injured in the collision of two trains at Pechatniki metro station in Moscow increased to 5. This was reported by telegram channel 112.

The channel’s correspondents learned the details of all the victims, including minors:

1. Vladimir S., 45 years old – driver;
2. Nikolai K., 51 years old;
3. Svetlana B., 56 years old;
4. Lyudmila V., 49 years old;
5. Celili M., 17 years old.

On the morning of October 11, at the Pechatniki metro station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line, the train coming from the depot collided with another train stopping at the station. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that no passengers were seriously injured, only the train driver, who received medical attention.

Alleged incident dead due to composition failure. According to a TASS source, the driver’s fault is also taken into account. He assured that the exact cause of the train collision would be determined during the investigation.
