Scientists from the University of New Mexico found that women who preferred deeper stimulation were more likely to experience vaginal rather than clitoral orgasms. The results of the study were presented as follows: magazine Journal of Sexual Medicine (JSM).
Many studies show that female orgasm during sexual intercourse depends on the characteristics of the man’s partner. The researchers wanted to test the hypothesis that the frequency of vaginal orgasms was associated with women’s reports that they preferred a longer penis than average.
The study involved 323 women who completed an online survey about their sex life and sexual preferences in the past month. The results of the analysis showed that vaginal orgasm depends on the length of the penis; If the penis is longer than normal, the probability of orgasm is higher. However, this is not associated with other types of orgasm.
“Future experimental studies could evaluate the extent to which different penis sizes affect women’s satisfaction and likelihood of vaginal orgasm,” the authors said.
