1. Avocado cream

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 zucchini

  • half onion

  • 1 plain Greek yogurt

  • 250 ml chicken broth

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

If avocado is one of your favorite foods, we have good news for you, because this homemade and easy-to-make cream will be the best excuse for you to eat a little more of it. Apparently that’s never enough! First, you will need to peel and cut the onion and zucchini into very small pieces and then place them in a pan. After frying the onion with a pinch of salt and black pepper for a few minutes until it becomes transparent, you should pour 250 ml of chicken broth over it and let it cook together for about 5 minutes. Do you understand? Now comes the ingredient you’ve been waiting for: the beloved avocado. It’s time to cut it in half, remove all the pulp and tear it into pieces. We pour all the mentioned ingredients into a glass with Greek yoghurt, juice of half a lemon and some olive oil and mix. Wow!

2.Mushroom cream

  • 400 g mixed mushrooms (or 1 pack of frozen mushrooms)

  • half onion

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 100 ml liquid cream or evaporated milk

  • Half a liter of vegetable or chicken broth

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 tablespoon butter

We chop the onion and start frying it until it changes color. It’s time to add the mushrooms and some salt. When they turn golden brown, we will add the broth and let the mixture cook for 10 minutes. Tic Tac! In order not to waste time, we put the butter and flour in a pan until the mixture turns golden. It’s time to add a ladle of the broth to the mushroom casserole and add the sauce. We add the cream, mix it all and pass it through a sieve. You understand! You can always serve this delicious cream with chopped mushrooms on top. The result is magnificent.

3. Beetroot cream

  • Cooked beets 300 g

  • Vegetable broth 400 ml

  • Liquid Baking Cream 100 ml

The last option but not the least attractive. Not at all! All we have to do is chop the beet and put it in the blender glass. We add vegetable juice and mix. Next step: Add the liquid cream and mix everything again. Finally, we will need to add the rest of the broth to the mixture and… enjoy!
