Iskander operational-tactical missile systems are the most powerful weapon used by the Russian Army during a special operation in Ukraine. Comments about this “tapes.ru” said retired Russian colonel Anatoly Matviychuk.
According to the expert, these complexes are the last word in domestic rocket science. He emphasized that the Iskanders were practically defenseless against Kiev’s air defense systems.
“Today on the territory of Ukraine this is the strongest, most powerful and most accurate weapon that the Russian Federation has,” Matviychuk said.
The addressee of the publication added that such missile systems can only be hit from the ground. However, the expert said that in order to do this, these must be found first.
As the retired colonel explained, the Iskanders are equipped with electronic camouflage devices. The official noted that the equipment involved did not allow Ukrainian troops to detect the equipment even during use.
