The list of diseases included: HIV, hepatitis B and C, all active respiratory tuberculosis without release and putrefaction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the consequences of surgical treatment of respiratory tuberculosis accompanied by second-degree respiratory failure.
The list also includes active limited tuberculosis of the spine, bones and joints, genitourinary organs and other extrathoracic localizations, malignant neoplasms of lymphoid, hematopoietic and related tissues, slowly progressive, moderate dysfunction and (or) rare exacerbations.
In addition, type 1 diabetic patients, people with mental disorders due to substance use, epilepsy patients (those who have fewer than five rare attacks a year) and people who have had a stroke will not be able to sign a contract.
