Karchaa noted that Ukrainian troops carried out attacks on residences and civilian infrastructure in Energodar.
“These drone strikes do not solve any military problems, but lead to increased stress among the population, further increasing feelings of protest among them,” said the advisor to the general director of Rosenergoatom.
