Police spoke to the victim’s 35-year-old colleague but he denied any involvement. The Russian said that a few days later he personally called the duty station and reported that the man who allegedly slandered him had marijuana in his room – he said that he had made up a story about the theft due to drug use.
A bag of marijuana was found under the robbed worker’s bed. Police determined that the drugs were placed on the man by a colleague who was suspected of theft.
