The joint military exercises of Armenia and the USA, EAGLE PARTNER 2023, will be held on the territory of Armenia in September. It has been reported Republic Ministry of Defense.
In the report, it was announced that the EAGLE PARTNER 2023 exercises will be held at the Zar Center on September 11-20 in preparation for participation in international peacekeeping missions in Armenia.
According to the agency, the US and Armenian military will carry out operations to stabilize relations between the conflicting parties while performing their peacekeeping duties.
“The purpose of the exercises is to increase the level of interoperability of the units and to ensure the sharing of best practices in the field of management and tactical communication,” the ministry said.
The Armenian Ministry of Defense noted that the exercise also aims to increase the readiness of the Armenian contingent for operations “within the operational potential of NATO”.
