In Saratov, the court ordered an individual entrepreneur to pay compensation for the fall of a city resident in a shuttle bus. In this respect reported in the press service of the Kirovsky district court of the city.
The incident in which the woman was injured took place in 2021. The woman was driving a bus that crashed. As a result, the passenger suffered injuries that doctors described as serious bodily harm. The victim needed long-term treatment. Since the accident, the woman has lost the ability to move normally. The passenger filed a lawsuit against the carrier demanding compensation for non-pecuniary damage in the amount of three million rubles.
Having examined the materials of the case, the court partially satisfied the claims of the plaintiff and decided to collect 200 thousand rubles from the defendant. The court’s decision did not enter into force.
