One in four Russians experience constant stress at work, almost a third systematically forget to take breaks, eat or drink during working hours, and more than a third blame their employers for the lack of measures to ensure comfortable working conditions. According to the survey results, the most common expectations of Russians from an employer include high-quality work equipment, the ability to work in hybrid mode, workload reduction, food availability and fair wages.
At the same time, work turned out to be a constant source of stress for one in four participants. The most common causes of discomfort include the need to do non-essential work (42%), strained relationships with the manager (40%), high workload (39%), gray or black salary (39%), lack of transparency. communication in the team (36%) . Nearly one-third of respondents systematically forget to take breaks at work (31%) and 29% forget to eat or drink water.
The employers of the majority (63%) of the respondents care about the comfort of their employees to some extent. First of all, they provide employees with quality water (54%) and snacks (52%), as well as comfort in the office (50%).
