One in four Russians experience constant stress at work, almost a third systematically forget to take breaks, eat or drink during working hours, and more than a third blame their employers for the lack of measures to ensure comfortable working conditions. This was demonstrated by a survey by WAWELL and TenChat, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.

According to the survey results, the most common expectations of Russians from an employer include high-quality work equipment, the ability to work in hybrid mode, workload reduction, food availability and fair wages.

At the same time, work turned out to be a constant source of stress for one in four participants. The most common causes of discomfort include the need to do non-essential work (42%), strained relationships with the manager (40%), high workload (39%), gray or black salary (39%), lack of transparency. communication in the team (36%) . Nearly one-third of respondents systematically forget to take breaks at work (31%) and 29% forget to eat or drink water.

The employers of the majority (63%) of the respondents care about the comfort of their employees to some extent. First of all, they provide employees with quality water (54%) and snacks (52%), as well as comfort in the office (50%). Management 43% of respondents are trying to give those who want the opportunity to work from home. Employers 36% of respondents regularly update their work equipment.

At the same time, a significant portion of the participants (37%) stated that their employers did not take any measures to provide comfortable working conditions.

Often, office workers expect the employer to provide them with the necessary work equipment (65%) and a comfortable office (64%), as well as the opportunity to work in hybrid mode (59%). 45% of respondents want to reduce their workload. Another 45% of respondents expect their employers to provide them with quality water and 40% expect food. 43% of respondents want a white salary, and 38% want their social package to include gym membership. 31% of respondents prefer to work from home alone. 23% want a corporate pension plan at their workplace.
