More than half (58%) of young people living in more than one million cities in Russia consider working as a courier. This is demonstrated by a Yandex Delivery study, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.

According to the research, besides the delivery sector, young people mostly think of working part-time in trade and sales (23%) and food and beverage (17%).
The vast majority of young people are looking for part-time jobs to save money for a big goal (80%) and have money for fun (71%). 65% of respondents want to be financially independent from their parents through additional work. More than half of young people are looking for a part-time job to gain at least some work experience. In Moscow and Ufa, more often than in other metropolitan areas, young people are looking for part-time jobs to cover the costs of education. The goal of part-time work is expressed by 54% and 44% of young people in these cities, respectively.
