The press service of the Ministry of Transport of the Moscow Region reported that during the three-month operation of water navigation in the Moscow region, residents and guests of the region made more than 17.6 thousand trips.

Thus, the route in Lytkarino became the leader in terms of the number of passengers – 10.4 thousand, this is 2.5% more than the same indicator last year. 2.3 thousand people used the route in Kolomna and 4.8 thousand people in Serpukhov.

In Lytkarino, the “Swift” boat follows, which travels 800 meters in 5 minutes from the Lytkarino pier to the village of Andreevskoye in the Leninsky district. The boat will be in service until 20 November.

In Kolomna, the motor ship “Moskva-108” is working on the route from Bochmanovo pier to Prityk pier. The length of the route is 24 km, the journey time is 1.5 hours. And in Serpukhov, only 4 km from the Serpukhov pier to the Sadi pier – this distance on the Zusha motor ship is spent about 40 minutes. Both routes will operate until September 30.

You can pay for travel expenses on routes with cash, debit cards and Strelka transport cards. This year, there has been a change in the fee for payments with debit cards. When paying with a debit card, the fee has become cheaper than when paying with cash.

Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov said that the regional authorities plan to develop the transport sector only taking into account the opinions of residents. According to him, transportation issues always excite people and are important.

“That’s why we started a major program to repair bus stops, refurbish buses, organize ‘allocations’ and stops. Residents know how this will be more convenient, so we will certainly take into account their views and wishes when examining these issues,” Vorobyov wrote.
