A resident of the village of the western Chelyabinsk region attacked a neighbor and his dog at the entrance to the house. It has been reported 1obl.ru.
The victim said the neighbor who attacked her and her pet had been harassing them for six months. The residents of the apartment even sprayed pepper spray on the woman.
“I’ve been getting kicks and pokes from him regularly for six months, but then he kicked my dog really hard and choked him. I tried to take Jesse away from you, but I took him too. I took Jessie to the clinic, thankfully she has no serious injuries,” the woman said.
The dog’s owner suffered a mild concussion and bruising in the soft tissues of the head. The woman then applied to the Kremenkul district police. Police teams instituted an inquiry about the incident.
