The Union of Orthodox Journalists of Ukraine (UOJ) announced that the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has closed access to the Kiev Pechersk Lavra for teachers and students of the Kiev Theological Academy and Seminary, designating them as “visitors”. This was reported on the UOJ Telegram channel.
“The Ministry of Culture, represented by the director of the reserve, forbade the students, teachers and staff of the KDAiS (Kiev Theological Academy and Theological Seminary) to stay on the territory of the Lavra, as they were on a par with the “visitors” of the monastery. .
