Large-scale music festival “Russian Summer. For Russia” continues its march across the country. The organizers of the project said that the next destinations on its route will be Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Balashikha, Orel, Ryazan and Blagoveshchensk. In total, 26 cities will host the festival in 6 federal regions of the country.
The first city to welcome the festival this week will be Kemerovo, where on August 17 a music festival will be held for the whole family.
Residents of Novokuznetsk, Balashikha, Orel, Ryazan and Blagoveshchensk will be able to attend the event on Saturday, August 19.
Spectators are waiting for the performances of famous Russian artists and local rock and pop groups, winners of vocal competitions and children’s groups.
The lyrical part of the festival will be performances by famous Russian poets, where they will recite patriotic poems.
In addition, interactive stands of the People’s Front will be placed on the festival grounds to record video messages to Russian military personnel, power shows, sports competitions, master classes and dances with famous bloggers will be held.
The headlines of the festival in Novokuznetsk will be the singer Yuta and the participant of the Zvezda project, Sergey Chuikov. In Kemerovo, the main guests will be Stas Piekha – Olga Kormukhina in Balashikha and the Gorky Park group Alexei Belov in Ryazan – Utah, and the Nashi rock group – Anita Tsoi and the group “After Zavtra” in Blagoveshchensk. and in Orel – and Alexander Ivanov with the Rondo group.
The organizers of the festival paid special attention to the sports section.
In Blagoveshchensk, guests of the festival await the Strongman tournament.
In Orel, the audience will see performances by sports master Evgeny Orekhov, the strongest man of the Lipetsk region Alexander Klokov, the winner of international strongman tournaments Alexander Kuzmin and the famous Oryol athlete Alexei Ignatiev.
In Kemerovo, those who wish will be able to take part in an armlifting tournament as well as tilting the heavy tire weighing 250 kg, lifting the Atlas balls weighing 100 kg and bench press.
Demonstration performances of strong men of the “extreme power” genre will be held in Novokuznetsk.
In Balashikha, famous strongman Dmitry and Yalya Logunov and Russian Strongman champion Yegor Makarov will show their skills.
