According to his forecast, rainy and rainy weather will be established in the Leningrad, Novgorod, Omsk, Tomsk and Novosibirsk regions, as well as in the Krasnodar, Altai and Primorsky regions.
“It’s definitely going to be disturbing weather,” the meteorologist said.
Vilfand stated that the air temperature in the above regions will not rise above +14..+20 °C, which is about five degrees below the climate norms, and that this will be accompanied by prolonged rains, hail and strong winds.
According to the scientist, rainy weekends are predicted in the Amur Region, as well as in the republics of Adygea, Khakassia and Tyva, in the Khabarovsk and Krasnoyarsk Territories.
