Most employees of Russian IT companies consider the main advantage of working here, as well as high wages, the possibility of remote work and intangible bonuses. This is demonstrated by a joint study by BestDoctor and A2 Research, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
The survey showed which factors, in addition to high/satisfactory wages, were most attractive to IT professionals. In the first place, intangible bonuses (promotion, training, additional rest, etc.) and the possibility of remote work – this combination of advantages was most often recorded (18% of cases).
In second place is the availability of health insurance and the proximity of work to home. In 17% of cases, the combination of these bonuses is decisive for job attractiveness for IT professionals.
Respondents with health insurance every second (53%) shared that they found a job at this or that IT company to extend their health insurance.
Third, there is a well-developed and interesting corporate culture within the company. IT people mentioned it as an important intangible value almost as often in 13% of cases.
At least, IT company employees cite non-business activities with colleagues (4%) and a suitable office (2%) as priority factors when choosing a job “offer”.
