The incident occurred on August 6 in the Pochinkovsky district. 39-year-old Muscovite came to the village to visit relatives, where after drinking alcohol he had an argument with his wife. He began to threaten the woman with violence, and the family conflict turned into “violence against a representative of the authorities” when the police responded to the message about the citizens’ disagreement.

First, the man threatened to mess with the district police officer and then fired several shots into the air with a traumatic pistol. The violator was detained with the participation of the National Guard and detained for three days.

A criminal case was later brought against him. The suspect is currently under house arrest. The investigation is ongoing.
