More than half of Russians (65%) believe it is possible to be friends with their colleagues, but this largely depends on the people and their behavior. This was demonstrated by a study of the services Rabota.ru and SberPodbor, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
Almost a third (29%) of respondents believe that camaraderie at work increases the productivity of the entire team. Only 6% of the respondents do not want to communicate with their colleagues because this brings more problems at work.
44% of respondents spend time outside of work and with some colleagues. A third (31%) of respondents believe that personal life and work should not be mixed. 17% of survey respondents spend time and interact more informally with colleagues only as part of corporate events and team building. 8% are not afraid to meet their colleagues at the office after work.
Half of the participants (50%) are sure that communication with their colleagues does not change their working rhythm. 42% of respondents believe that friendship has a positive impact on the quality of work. Participants are not afraid of making mistakes and they know that they will be helped at any time. Only 8% point out the negative impact of communication with their colleagues.
