After the arson, I got a call again at around 15:00 the next day and said, “Return what you bought, or your life will get worse.”
Then a friend of Elizabeth’s called the number from which the threat was received. An unidentified man on the phone explained that the victim had not paid his debt of 5,000 rubles.
“I was told that I would not return 5000 even though the girl I borrowed said I could not return it. Also in chat, he said that he used to understand differently – he held a gun to his temple and took what they needed to get. They said my camera recorded everything and a statement was written to the police. He hesitated, said he had to call, ”the woman explained.
Elizabeth added that the police were actively investigating what had happened. She noted that her front door was not seriously damaged.
