In the Smolensk region, the “Prevention” plan was introduced because of a man who stole six guns from the house of the Roslavl forestry director Valery Grishin. This was reported by Telegram channel Basis.

“The suspect attacked a man and a woman with an ax and then stole their car,” the publication says.

According to the information given by the source, the incident took place on the night of July 15 in the village of Koski. The assailant broke into Grishin’s home and, presumably with an ax in hand, attacked the man and his wife, hitting each of them in the head.

The material shows that two carbines, four shotguns and a pistol disappeared from the safe after the attack. Also, the attacker stole a VAZ-21214 car belonging to the director of the forestry enterprise. The couple is currently in the hospital and is being sought for criminals.

“After the attack, the Prevention plan was introduced in the area,” the message says.
