In 2011, it was decided to build the Solntsevo radius, and seven years later the metro came to the Solntsevo and Novo-Peredelkino districts. As part of the 15-kilometer section from Ramenki to Rasskazovka, seven stations were opened: Govorovo, Solntsevo, Borovskoye Highway and Novoperedelkino.
After the opening of the Vnukovo Airport metro station, the travel time will be shortened by one and a half times: it takes 23 minutes instead of 37 to get to the Michurinsky Prospekt station of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya metro line, Moscow City business center instead of 60.
Many important projects were implemented in the field of road construction in the west of the capital. Due to the reconstruction of the intersections of the Borovskoye and Kievskoye highways and the Moscow Ring Road, the transport service to the districts has been improved. They also built a highway between the Borovskoye and Kievskoye highways – this is one of the sections of the Solntsevo – Butovo – Warsaw highway.
In 2023, a substitute will appear near the Borovskoye Highway. The new road will extend from the section of the Solntsevo-Butovo-Varshavskoye highway and will connect to the Moskovsky-Rasskazovka highway.
The Alley of Glory in Vnukovo, the Love Alley in Solntsevo and the public garden with a stage platform and gazebo were also arranged in Novo-Peredelkino.
