The signed document contains a series of measures aimed at guaranteeing equality for all. effective opportunities between men and womenamong them:

  • Strengthening education and awareness on equality for both managers and the entire workforce.

  • Educating women for traditionally masculinized positions or positions where they are underrepresented.

  • Incorporating a gender perspective into occupational health policy, reviewing facilities, epis and workwear, paying special attention to pregnancy and breastfeeding procedures.

  • In matters of salary, the commitment is assumed to review whether attachments meet objective, just and impartial criteria from a gender perspective.

  • As regards selection and promotion, tools to monitor vacancies are strengthened and priority is given to the recruitment and promotion of women in positions where they are underrepresented.

All parties involved in negotiating the plan agreed to be proud of the result achieved. The signing of the document, performed personally by all signatories, was a moment of celebration for the ambition and the constructive and conciliatory spirit carried out.

As Llátser concludes, “this the beginning of a new phase to build a future togetherwhere integrity and honesty prevail and the consideration of people’s needs is one of the company’s principles”.
