Pardoned Roman Protasevich’s mother returns to Belarus

Natalya’s mother, the former editor-in-chief of the NEXTA Telegram channel Roman Protasevich, returned to Belarus. This was reported by the Belarusian agency “BelTA”.

Natalya Protasevich left Belarus in the fall of 2020. She said that she appealed to the commission for the return to the republic in March 2023, and received a response on April 29 that there was no criminal or administrative violation against her.

“I immediately returned to Belarus in May,” he said, as quoted by the agency.
