“Dedicated to modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic heart failure, which is one of the main causes of disability and death in people with cardiovascular diseases, especially if they are detected at a late stage,” Sobyanin said.
Approximately 2.5 thousand doctors are trained in city polyclinics. The new information will allow them to improve their skills in diagnosing heart failure symptoms. Patients will be accompanied at every stage. A full system of assistance to people with cardiovascular diseases was created in Moscow. High-tech medical care includes outpatient and inpatient care, including supplemental drug supply and dispensary surveillance.
The Personnel Center of the Moscow Ministry of Health has no analogues both in Russia and in other countries of Eastern Europe. The site organizes continuing professional education in various programs. Doctors hone their practical skills on high-tech equipment.
