The perpetrator immediately struck the victim in the chest, pushed him to the ground, and began kicking the victim with his feet. The investigation revealed that the man was involved in the attack and deliberately inflicted grievous bodily harm. The court found him guilty of committing a crime and sentenced him to 3.5 years in a strict regime colony.
