Taganrog City Duma deputy Larisa Ovsienko said 39-year-old Taganrog public figure Andrei Kudryavtsev was found dead in Rostov’s northern reservoir. It has been reported donnews.ru.
“It is not yet known whether he drowned himself or was killed. According to a source in law enforcement, the deceased was found to have a head injury. It remains to be seen now exactly when it took him – before or after his death,” the publication says.
The publication emphasizes that although his relatives claim that he never left them, there is no document from the deceased.
The press service of the Investigative Committee of the Rostov region of Russia informed the journalist that an investigation is underway on this issue.
