The incident occurred on the morning of July 4 in the office of a security company on Smolenskaya Street in the Moskovsky District. Employees called the rescue service and spoke of the arson threats, which the 62-year-old security guard backed with active actions. According to eyewitnesses, the man entered the building with a can of gasoline, spilled flammable liquid on the floor and promised to light it with a lighter, which he immediately showed.

The man made the raid addressed to the company management and allegedly explained his actions by demanding payment of a month and a half salary debt.

As a result, the guard was detained under a protocol on petty hooliganism. The issue of filing a criminal case against him is currently at the decision stage.
