Alexander Shoitov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development, announced that a desensitization center could be established in 2024. He noted that first of all it is necessary to create a layout of the center – a special software and hardware complex. In the process of establishing the order, research will be carried out in the field of depersonalization of personal data.
The first version of the center’s layout, developed on the basis of the National Center for Digital Cryptography Technology, will be ready by the end of this year. A full-fledged sample, including several options for initial data, is planned to be completed by the end of 2024. Work on the desensitization center will be carried out in parallel and is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
