Dmitry Sukharuk, director of the DTEK energy holding, said that due to the import shortage, problems with electricity supply are allowed in Ukraine next winter. The difficulties, in his opinion, are explained by the fact that at the beginning of the heating season the republic will enter with a significantly smaller capacity reserve.
