“The expected average monthly air temperature in July will exceed the norm by 1.5-2 degrees. This means that depending on the weather conditions, the average temperature will fluctuate between plus 13 and 18 degrees at night, and the air can warm up to 23-28 degrees during the daytime.”
He added that the hot weather will be felt most in the second half of the month, and that on some days in July, thermometers may show 30 degrees.
According to Tishkovets, next month there will be a humidity shortage of 20% in Central Russia, while for the capital this rate is 84 millimeters.

Tishkovets added that June is half a degree colder in Moscow, and the lack of precipitation for the next month will be 10%.
