The layout of the domestic satellite communication terminal MIK-AT was tested in the laboratory. In this respect informs TASS.

“Today, JSC NPF Micran and MIPT produced and successfully tested mock-ups of MIK-AT satellite subscriber terminals under laboratory conditions. In addition, a model of control and verification equipment was tested, which is designed to carry out functional tests and final control in mass production, as well as diagnostics of satellite subscriber terminals during operation, ”the statement said.

MIK-AT is a purely civilian equipment for providing communication services to citizens and organizations. The system will be able to support broadband internet connection and will be especially in demand in less developed regions of the Arctic, Siberia and Far East.
