The Russian Armed Forces struck the military installations of the Ukrainian army for the first time with the Russian unmanned aerial vehicle S-70 Okhotnik with heavy strike and reconnaissance attacks. This was reported by Telegram channel Puree with reference to Turkish media

According to the channel, this unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was first used in Russia’s special military operations zone in Ukraine.

The publication states that the drone has been developed since 2012 by order of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Its weight reaches 20 tons (combat load – 3 tons of bombs and missiles), and its wingspan is 19 meters. The S-70 Okhotnik is capable of flying up to 6,000 kilometers at maximum speeds of up to 1,400 km/h.
